About the SCSCA
The Solano County Sheriff's Custody Association is a tax-exempt non-profit organization created to represent it's members both individually and collectively, in matters relating to their wages, hours, terms, and conditions of employment; benefits, status, and in employer-employee relations.
The objectives of the Association are:
- To actively represent its members, both individually and collectively, in matters relating to their wages, hours, terms, and conditions of their employment, and their employment benefits and status, and in employer-employee relations;
- To promote the professional welfare of all members;
- To foster a positive influence in the community;
- To keep informed of County policies and functions in order to more effectively represent the Association members;
- To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas;
- To bring together members for social fellowship; and the Board of Supervisors, the State Legislature and all other public and private forums on a political but non-partisan basis.
