Information for SCSCA Members

Welcome to the Members section of the SCSCA site. Access to the Member Only area requires First Time Account Activation before you can Log In. To Activate Your SCSCA Account you will need a valid Email Address and your VTI # and your User Name (the same as you use on to sign on at work). After you have Activated your Account, you may Log In with your User Name and Password (sent to you by email), and after Log In you may personalize both. Note: Use of a COUNTY EMAIL Address is PROHIBITED. If a County Email (@SolanoCounty.com) is used it will be rejected by the system.
